we are recieving snmp traps from CA Autosys which are grouped together under the same evid.
Simultaneous snmp traps are rec'd (for example multiple jobs fail at once if a server goes down) and are incremented in the Count, but only one trigger/notification is sent out. This is a problem since the Job Names are important for us to track, and now we receive email notifications that only one Job Name failed when in fact two have failed.
I verified the OS is receiving multiple snmp traps (in fact they are about 1/2 second apart) using tcpdump. Checking zenaction.log shows just a single email is sent out.
How do we ensure each and every snmp trap received (even simultaneously and with same evid) results in a notification?
